Roblox Support loop
Just checking to see if anyone else has had a similar issue to this and how to resolve it, roblox support seems to be refusing to give me a human moderator to check the information i've given them even after around 8 attempts to contact them, i'm trying to recover one of my accounts that was compromised around 5-6 years ago and i have 2 forms of proof:
two 400 robux order confirmation emails from 2017 with details including the sale ID, username of the account, email (which is of course the one im using to contact them), last 4 digits of the card used and the billing address
and a roblox support ticket from 2018 which shows i have recovered the account with the same email in the past
those both should be well over enough proof i have ownership over the account, but they seem to just keep giving me similar ai responses and closing the ticket in around 5-15 minutes (left side of the image), if i try to respond after they've sent me the first response, they just tell me to review the information that they've sent to me which is usually just to create a new account (right side of the image)
if anyone has any tips on how to get in contact with a real person/know for sure i'm speaking to one, please let me know
