Can SB be tweaked to be less of a braindead threat?

With the map being as big as it is, and him having a ridiculous amount of map influence in such short cooldown on top of massive speed and status resistance, how can spirit breaker be changed to require a modecum of skill and not be broken or trash tier. Its not likehe has a massive footprint in the pro scene
