For the Palladium - do extra principal payments count toward monthly amount?

I have a $3200 mortgage but I pay bi weekly anextra $300, so $600 typically every month.

For the spending tiers will I need to spend $3200 to get 1.25x or $3800? If it’s the former and the limit is $3200, does the extra $600 count towards monthly spend?
