LF 100% Deli 16.5 & Uber farmer

Hi guys,

So I'm nearly done with 40/40 with my league starter (Creeping Frost + Winter Orb Elementalist)

I am sitting on about 400 div + Mageblood that I want to invest in making a very strong character. The Elementalist was extremely squishy compared to the kind of characters I normally play. Doing the Horrific Halls challenge really highlighted how weak defensively it can be.

Can you recommend a build that can be pulled off for the budget indicated? If it has less buttons to press it's a massive plus!
