build selection?

So briar has 3 main build that I see people using on onetrick.gg these being:

• collector-titanicrit
• bruiser titanic/bc
• hob lethality

I've run all of these and have a decent feel for limits and have found success for all of them, how are we deciding what to run per game? obviously hob leth into squishy comps but having a bit of an issue deciding between collector-titan and bruiser for more mixed comps on my own and the enemy team.
