MK Hojicha Type B

so my type B arrived today and… it was underwhelming. it’s chocolate note didn’t shine at all. it almost taste the same with the qing xi hojicha (₱200+ 50g) from shopee but less seaweed-y taste. is it a me problem? or can u suggest other powders that are more chocolate forward?

ratio that i used (hot whisk): 1:10:30
4g hojicha powder
40g warm water
120 oatside oat milk

did i use too much oat milk? either way it didn’t taste THAT chocolate to me 🥲
