Găluște cu prune recipe, without eggs?

Hello everyone,

I'm french but my father is Romanian, as a child I remember having găluște cu prune and I loved it so much, I was wondering if anyone could give me a good recipe, and if possible without eggs?

Also I want to make it for a picnic with my friends, is it good to eat it cold? I remember that it was really hot! Thank you ❤️
