Can someone help me plzz

So my problem is with VR (DM and QR too but VR is the most pressing out of all of them). I've tried keyword scanning and reading the passage, and both haven't led to any increase, I just don't see any hope. I tried reading the passage, and after some initial increase, it went straight back down to 600, and, ironically, keyword scanning causes me to answer questions much slower than reading the passage. So it's basically either get 600 or get 600 at this point. I just hate VR so much, it's so freaking pointless, what do I even do at this point? I try "reviewing questions" as people say and nothing changes, one of my main issues was timing, so I fixed that, but it meant I had to guess a bunch of questions because I had to move on to other passages, and that happened in the majority of cases. Also, my scores with DM and QR have remained static as usual, like genuinely it just seems there's this brick wall that I can never pass, no matter how hard I try to review the questions and all that, it's just inference questions and strongest argument questions which hold me back from ever increasing
