flare during sexual activity?

I’m wondering does anyone else flare up during sex? I just had sex for the first time since getting diagnosed almost a year ago now, and it was so uncomfortable we had to stop. I was getting extremely dizzy, felt faint and weak , my heart rate as well and overall it was just not it, and this had never happen before, he had to get me water and iv liquid during it so im just wondering does anyone with POTs experience this? and what can I do because if this is affecting this as well then I don’t even know anymore sorry if this is tmi
