Training tips

Hello everyone!! We just hired some new crew members at my job which I started about 1 month ago, but I am going to help training them. At my last job I only helped train one person as we had a solid crew the whole time I worked there till everyone quit pretty much at once when management changed. I have an idea of training and helping someone learn. I’m just asking for any tips especially when they are scheduled to be trained during our busiest time (as I was here)
