Been stuck in been for 3 going 4 days and starting to think its not a cold or flu?

I (m34 about 6 foot and non smoker) started feeling some tingling in the back of my throat come last wed, so I figured it was the start of a cold. Come Friday night after work i just played in bed with cought, fever, shills, cold sweat, headache and aches here or there.i been downing soup, liquid iv, flavored water as well as a number of over the counter drugs. I cant shack the sore throat and fever.

I also suffer from 2TD, asmia, possibly caffeine withdrawal.
