So I was bored today and started creating my own ideal Marvel slate past black panther 3 as that is the furthest away confirmed project (to my knowledge) when I had the idea to make a tier list of what was most likely to be made and least likely to be made. I looked online at theories and included a few of my own personal wants and ill write a short paragraph about each of the projects and why I do or don't think they will be made.

\*\*Spider-Man 5:\*\*

Kind of a no-brainer obviously with the success of Brand New Day so I wont write much but to no ones surprise Spider-Man will most likely be getting a 5th and 6th instalment to finish a second Tom Holland trilogy. Destin will be busy getting his Live action Naruto film written and directed so I don't see this coming for a while but nevertheless, its bound to come.

\*\*Doctor Strange 3:\*\*

Now, with doctor strange, I ranked this quite highly for a few reasons. 1 because he's one movie away from a trilogy and I mean... that Disney+ page is just begging for a Doctor Strange featuring movies page (only slightly joking there).. but 2 because if Marvel is making a ghost rider movie (which has been confirmed for 2028) it seems like a route they could go down, and a route I personally want them to go down is a Midnight Sons team-up movie. If this is the plan at Marvel I definitely see them making another doctor strange to re-introduce him to the fans and get some fresh content from him so it would allow us to understand more why he'd most likely be a leader in the Midnight sons team. My 3rd reason is that if online theories are correct and Doctor Strange will appear in doomsday or secret wars as an ally to doom, its going to be fresh in peoples minds that he is on the antagonising side. A villain some would say in the universe. So if they make a 3rd strange movie it could be to show people that he isn't a villain and that he was just doing what he thought would be right for the universe.

\*\*Avengers Vs X-Men:\*\*

This one might surprise people to be as high as it is but to me it seems like an easy way to make money for marvel and to get a good storyline in. Think about it.. To this day Captain America: Civil war is one of the most talked about marvel movies STILL because of how much it divided fans by making them pick sides and favourites. By making a Civil-war like movie with the avengers being against mutants at first and then coming to their senses, it makes for an incredibly huge introduction to mutants in the MCU and a way to show that mutants aren't the villains. Also by making the avengers the initial villains you enter an Iron man being the antagonist scenario where a hero everyone loves is in the wrong but for what you think is the right reason. The only difference here is that the Avengers would have to change their mind about mutants and see that they aren't the danger everyone thinks them to be. You can have Bill Metzger return from Spider-Man Brand new day as the real main antagonist. Hell, even have Spider-Man be on the mutants side to give fans a reason to be on the X-men side and to not favour characters over intention. Also I mean.. its a clear way to have a black panther and Spider-Man in civil-war scenario where you can introduce new characters and have a real reason to do so.

\*\*Deadpool 4:\*\*

Again, seems like a no brainer after Deadpool and wolverines success. Also I have a personal belief that the question of 'why is thor crying' was intended to be a joke never with an answer and it will not be answered in doomsday or secret wars, so answering it in a potential Deadpool team up sequel could be a funny way to conclude that joke and make fans happy. Although I will say im not sure if this would be a 'Deadpool and wolverine 2' or a separate Deadpool team up movie potentially with a Spider-Man? My personal pitch would be a Deadpool and Spider-Man team up with Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man as I believe (and don't quote me on this) that Ryan Reynolds said he wanted to do one with Spider-Man and Andrew Garfield said he would do a Spider-Man 3 if it was weird and Unique.. and I mean that's pretty unique to me. (Will most likely be a Deadpool and Wolverine 2)

\*\*Shang-Chi 2:\*\*

So with Shang-Chi returning in doomsday and hopefully secret wars it will give the opportunity for people who didn't watch that movie to see how absolutely fire his abilities and fighting techniques are and will hopefully make people revisit that movie. Now, with Destin (the director of the first Shang-chi) being the new Spider-Man trilogy director most likely, it will make it hard for him to have time. But I know that Destin loves the character and has stated he would like to return to the character so I think he would return in between films... maybe even after his Naruto film and before the next Spiderman. Also with Destin proving himself to marvel studios I think if he asked to do a Shang-Chi 2 instead of the next Spiderman I honestly think they would allow it. Not to mention that fans of the first have been waiting for a sequel since the first one released back in 2021 and with its already 5 year wait time in between sequels and most likely going to 7 by the time it could get greenlit, fans are gonna be starving.

\*\*NOVA:\*\*

My only reason I've ranked this so highly is because of the confirmation from Kevin Feige himself that nova will be a film instead of a series like many predicted. This to me screams a 2029 release maybe being the next film after black panther 3. It seems to me that Marvel wants to have a new access to the galaxy after secret wars... potentially originally aiming to pull a captain marvel by introducing the character in an avengers film then making a solo film. Either way it gives Marvel a chance to explore the galaxy more now that the Guardians of the galaxy will most likely be over now that James Gunn is at DC studios. Although, star-lord is set to return so who knows it could be a Legendary star lord series that gives the guardians a comeback to the MCU. If not, it seems like Nova will definitely be happening either way.

\*\*Fantastic Four sequel:\*\*

Fans will be so upset if this doesn't get a sequel within the next 5 years and i think Marvel must know this. Its happened already with Shang-chi where they have waited so long that fans get upset, so I don't think they would do that again. Especially after the fantastic four seem to be such an integral part of doomsday and secret wars with reed and dooms rivalry seeming to come to live action in that film. Only problem is that its gonna be hard to not be disappointed by a sequel after the size and vibe of the first film. It all depends on if after Secret wars the fantastic four universe merges with the 616 universe to have all the characters be in the same. Mostly because I mean, how can you possibly top Galactus in a sequel? I'm sure people who know the fantastic four more than I do can answer but I haven't got a clue.

\*\*Midnight Sons:\*\*

Said this earlier in the doctor strange paragraph but it seems like Marvel are going the midnight sons direction. After all, they have Moon knight, Doctor Strange, Elsa Bloodstone and now ghost rider to have in a team and maybe this could be their way to have a blade show up first then have him have a solo project after. Its entirely plausible to me. Only reason its as low as it is on my list is because its not got much build up at the moment. Although, this may change after ghost rider and a potential doctor strange sequel.

\*\*Punisher Movie:\*\*

With punisher being featured in a Spiderman movie, it opened the door to a whole new crowd of fans. I've already seen people who watched Spiderman and are now watching the punisher because of how much they enjoyed that character in the movie. Truth is, its like 80% more likely that if Punisher did get another solo project it would be a series rather than a movie, but who knows maybe with the success of the special presentation and his good reception in Brand new day Marvel will have their eyes on continuing a Ma Gnucci storyline in a potential movie. Good part about this too is that it could be done with a way lower budget than Marvel is used to. Get those profits up and budgets down in an easy way Marvel!! Not to mention its a great way for marvel to start truly making R-rated movies that isn't a Deadpool movie.

\*\*Captain America and Falcon Movie:\*\*

I think its safe to say the reception on Sam Wilson's first Captain America movie wasn't great. It had a ton of problems and the movie went through so many reworks it was a whole mess that wasn't salvageable in my opinion. After this, Sam will appear in Doomsday with what's sounding like a big part in the movie and assumingly, secret wars. If Marvel manage to gain back the fans trust with Sam Wilson then a second movie in what should really in my opinion be a New Captain America Trilogy seems entirely plausible. I think it sucks that Marvel made the huge decision for Steve to pass on the Mantle be kind of wasted by them not using Sam to his highest potential so them saving it with a movie would be a great way to earn some trust back and start doing the character justice. I also saw a theory that Marvel may have plans to use Sam and Yelena as the leads in future MCU avengers movies similar to how Steve and Natasha kind of had a leading role in the past films, which I love the idea of. A group merge of the new avengers and the avengers would be honestly weird as hell with loads of villains being in the mix but I think its easy to have them sort of count themselves out of the group merge and going back to being some sort of anti-hero character so long as they take down Val as the new avengers spokesperson/leader as she seems to be.

\*\*Hulk in the Psych ward with mutants series:\*\*

Obviously a working title, but I saw this theory from Screencrush (A youtube channel) and I loved it as soon as I heard it. The basis would be Bruce Banner being contained in a Psych ward/prison with mutants that have been contained using the tech he and now Spiderman have created. An inhibiter. It would introduce mutants into the MCU in a really dark and interesting way with a main avenger being present to sort of give it a push to being popular. I thought it would be really cool and honestly it kind of seemed like it was setting hulk/ Bruce banner up for something cause I thought it was really random that they put him in a psych ward even after knowing that he was mind controlled into transforming. Anyway, with the hulk rights being at universal and from it sounding pretty much impossible to make a hulk-centred project... it seems unlikely it will ever be made.

\*\*Strange Academy:\*\*

I have heard this theory go around for literal years at this point and after Ironheart's review bomb situation and mid reviews (for the record I loved the show) I doubt Marvel will be willing to make that bold decision to make a strange academy show and have Zelma return as much as it sucks. Only 2 things that's keeping hope alive for me with this project is 1 the potential involvement of doctor strange and 2 the fact that I've heard so many fans want the show. Its no secret that Marvel looks at these fancasts. I mean, multiverse of madness was the first inkling of this and now there's loads of examples to show. The amount of fan response I've seen for this may lead Marvel studios to greenlight it. Although, I will say that I think its low low low on Marvel studios priority list.

DAMN that took a while to write but yes, do you agree with this tier list? Why or why not? I'm genuinely curious and I'm always down for a marvel discussion. ALSO if you have any other projects you think could get made let me know cause I'm curious about that too.
