0 Shadowbeaks

For love of sanity, I cannot get Shadowbeaks. I tried looking for it in wildlife sanctuary 3 both day and night with 0 results.

I tried breeding Kitsun with Astegon but all I'm getting is Relaxorus.

What am I doing wrong?
