Subcision with filler or prf?

Had my first subcision in April this year, with 2ml of filler injected under the scars across cheeks and temples. Since it was before summer, I didnt want to do any laser treatments. The results are great, but obviously I still see some areas that could be improved. The doctor suggested I come back in September for another round, maybe with 1ml of filler + CO2.

The clinic where I had it done is quite far away (5 hours by train). Not terrible, but not ideal. I found a reputable clinic in my city, and they do subcision with PRF/PRP + CO2. It's twice as expensive, though.

What is the best route here? Filler or PRF? What gives better and more lasting results?
