Need help with Covenant Items

Hello , recently got Dark Souls 3 with DLC and decided to 100% it on break i got from work. But how long its taking (covenant grind) i dont think i will finish by end of break (70 silver knights for 1 drop luck 😢) . So im wondering if someone can drop covenant items? or help invade eachother for drops. I dont play much online of souls games so i dont know how it works.

Im on Steam and 138 lvl if that matters (NG , didnt kill lord of cinder yet but finished both DLC bosses and Lothric princes).
