Is this a cold sore?

I kissed someone about a week ago who had what looked like a pimple near the lining of their lip. Im paranoid about this stuff so I remember it.
The day after in the evening, I got suddenly really ill with a sore throat, feeling cold and some joint pain.

That was a week ago and I have a tiny raised red patch on the lining of my lip. It doesn’t tingle or feel like anything i don’t think, but I’m worried since I know you can get sick the first time.
