Kala KA-Kandy (concert)
Anyone tried one of these Uke's?
I've currently (shock horror) got the most dreaded of all ukes - a soprano Martin Smith from Argos at a princessly sum of £19.99. It is an arse to keep in tune. I've been quite enjoying learning on it though so think it's time for me to get a proper one and relegate this one to my sons toy box.
I like nice designs and in your face colours so this one and the lime coloured one has particularly appealed to me. I've heard Kala are a decent brand. I don't really want to spend more than about £150.
If there are any other decent beginner suitable ukes with nice patterns and/or bright colours that you think are worth a look please let me know.
P.S. I live in the arse end of nowhere so can't try one out in the shop unless I take a day off from work, drive a hundred or so miles and get crashed into by a blind old fart in a Landrover*
*True story from the last time I ventured out further than the next village.
