[Mnl, PH] From 25k security deposit to 4k

Need help on what to do next or how to handle this. I waited 60 days for the owner to return my deposit only to find out it’s down to 4k+ from 25k. I stayed there for 2 years and the only known damage to me was a chipped floor (probably around 2-3 inches of chip only) which they had repaired ALLEGEDLY for 10k.

But the rest was used for bills and cleaning, I live alone and cleaned a lot so it shouldn’t be that big either.

I asked for the breakdown and receipts already, I’m not sure if they’re willing to provide. What else can I do?
