Why is managing clients still so complicated for small professional practices?
I’ve been exploring a simple idea for small professional practices — doctors, lawyers, CAs, consultants, etc.
Most of them don’t need a giant enterprise CRM.
They need something that helps them manage:
• Clients
• Appointments
• Documents
• Follow-ups
• Payments
• Communication
• Records
And ideally, it shouldn’t require a week of training to understand.
I’m experimenting with a lightweight client-management concept around this.
For people running small practices: what’s the one piece of admin work you hate doing?
