[Mobile][2010s] A game where you are a dog's failing intestines.

The screen was divided in the middle and the top of the screen showed the dog (I think black and white) walking with their old owner while the bottom showed the dogs deteriorating intestines. They would begin pink and healthy but over time they'll get green and gross.

I didn't actually played the game because reading the description traumatized me enough, but I couldn't really tell if there was any gameplay or if you just watched the dog slowly die.

The game has pixel graphics and the title had "summer" in it.
