What do i do once parcel hasn't arrived in over a month + no updates?

I ordered 2 Watches with Andiot

My parcel hasn't had an update in 2 weeks and its been over a month since shipped (last update was that flight landed and customs cleared in "destination country")

what do i do here?

I've seen that he has a refund policy if customs seizes the package, but what can happen if it just never updates?
