Where to dispose of clothes?

I'm cleaning out a house and there are years of dirty mouldy clothes left behind. Not suitable to Vinted/Clothes Banks/ charity donation. Cant be washed. Where to dispose of them? Clothes banks used to be everywhere and now it very hard to find one. Not allowed in household bins.
