Foreigners Giving Out Leaflets in/around BGC

Have you seen a pair of foreigners (caucasians) handing out heavily AI-generated fliers in or around BGC? I think the front of the flier reads "Ready ka na ba sa bago?" or something like that.

I've seen them a couple of times near Market! Market! and earlier near Philplans. Are they running a scam/cult?
