IdeaTherapy RL200PRO or RL300PRO 7 waves ?

Hello, I am hesitating regarding the size. In how many go can you do a full body 1 size with the 200 ? I would assume in 2 go with the 300.

It will be my first panel so I lack a little experience. 300 seems to be more efficient but also a lot more expensive and it is my first panel so I don't know how my body will react regarding the possible side effects !
