Ubud for 5 days

Hello! My 14 yr old son and I are meeting up with my mum and sis in Bali end of October. We will be in Seminyak for 4 days and then change to Ubud for 5 days until our flight. I will be booking the Ubud accommodation.

Can anyone recommend a good place please?

My budget is upto $200 AUD per night. Hopefully a hotel or villa with breakfast and gym. My mum has osteoporosis so no stairs or hike. I also want the place to be accessible to different tourist spots.

Can anyone also recommend activities/tourist spots to visit for 5 days? Any recos for hire van/driver would also be great.Thank you!
