URGENT ADVICE NEEDED: Will deportation go through if there is another case with a travel ban?

General Question

Hi everyone, I’m looking for urgent advice from anyone familiar with UAE/Dubai legal and deportation procedures.

My friend is currently dealing with a financial case, and we are considering requesting deportation/exit assistance because he is unable to continue staying in the UAE.

However, he has a separate case related to an unpaid car loan, and there is already a travel ban associated with the car case.

If deportation is granted in relation to the first financial case, will the deportation actually go through despite the existing travel ban from the separate car-loan case? Or would the travel ban have to be cleared first?

We are willing to communicate with the car-finance company and arrange a repayment plan from our home country after he leaves. We are not trying to avoid the debt; we want to find a legal way for him to leave the UAE while continuing the payments from there.

If anyone has experienced something similar or has knowledge of UAE deportation procedures, I would really appreciate your advice. This is quite urgent.

Thank you.
