i get nervous everytime my friend "flirts" with me

For context: I reconnected with an old friend of highschool, now we are both on our twenties and still share a lot of interests.

I think we are both queer, and she enjoys flirting with me a lot: calling me babe, calling me pretty... We went to see Obsession and we held hands during one of the scenes, she even let me check her heartbeat because of how scared she was.

I dont know why, but I get *really* nervous when she says cute things about me. I even bought her the kpop album she wanted, even if it cost me *a lot*.

I get so nervous everytime she jokes about us having dates or even kissing. Like- I would actually be ok with us kissing?

I dont know if this is OCD doing OCD stuff or if I really like her.
