Stellest lenses blurry

Help!!!! I recently got stellest lenses and while the glasses themselves are fine, every time I don't look dead centre it becomes blurry.. I've read similar posts about this and I understand that that is intentional. For reference, I have never worn glasses 24/7 before (though I have had reading glasses) and never used these lenses prior to this.

My question is do I HAVE to constantly stare through the centre point of the glasses where it's clear for the lenses to work?? It's really annoying because I have to tilt my head all the way down when I'm doing homework and it leads to bad posture etc. my vision isn't bad so I don't mind the blur I'm just confused.. Will the glasses still work (slow down myopia) regardless of whether or not I'm looking through the centre point? Can somebody explain them to me in depth and how to use them?
