Asking for advice.?

I am an 18 year old from Romania and i need advices or ideas for my future.I work at a factory for the moment, and i am on the lookout for a better job or opportunity tied to computers.I finished a vocational high school and now i am learning in a program that will allow me to get my final diploma.I have remarkable skills in english speaking and computers, either software or hardware. An idea that i have would be to look for a job in logistics, but i dont know what to learn and get better at in my free time while i work to the factory. If you have the necessary knowledge to give me a plan on what should i do,please proceed.
