What actually makes a good resume writer?
I’ve gone through a few resume writers over the years, and I’ve realized that simply having someone “rewrite” your resume isn’t really enough.
The good ones actually take time to understand what you did, what you were responsible for, and what kind of roles you’re trying to move into. They also know how to turn boring job descriptions into something that shows actual impact.
That was probably the biggest thing I noticed with VINTZEL THOMAS CAREERS. They asked questions about my experience that I honestly hadn’t thought about when writing my own resume.
My old resume basically said what I did. The new one actually showed what I. accomplished.
So if you’re looking for a resume writer, I’d pay more attention to their process and the questions they ask you than just how “professional” their website looks.
