1st 9 days

Well there's not much to say that has not already been said about this wonderful medication.

9 days in and only side effect I had was cold on the 2nd night.

I have lost 9 lbs this week. Aware this is water weight. All food noise has gone and where I previously would have been drawn towards more unhealthy snacks, I now have no desire for them.

I feel in a better mood and more motivated. I never struggled before with walks etc but now I am actively looking forward to them. I have made huge changes to my diet and mentality.
