Is this possible? Depending on cell number apply a score.

Struggling to word this properly so apologies in advance.

Essentially what I want to achieve is if the value of a cell is between a certain range it will apply a value to a new cell.

The value is the cost of project. If that cost is <25k it would apply a score of 1. If cost is <100k score of 2. If cost is <500k score of 3.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
