Focus – Mute calls from a specific person 100%

When I mute calls from a specific person in Focus mode, I’m still notified when that person calls me. My iPhone vibrates, the screen lights up and displays the caller ID.

It bothers me that I’m still aware of it. How can I set it up so that, when I have Focus mode active and that person calls me, I don’t notice a thing?

I want to avoid blocking the contact, as I need to be reachable by that person in certain situations.

Is there perhaps a solution using Siri Shortcuts?
