Replacing CPU Cooler with AIO cooler

So I already made my first pc, its working fine.
I used Thermalright Pearless Assassin 120mm CPU cooler.

I bought this one because I heard somewhere that using AIO cooler for first time build was hard. But now i saw zillion YouTube videos and thinking it’s not that hard to put AIO.
So should i change it?
If yes then help me with some good AIO recommendations.
Also what else do i need to change it?
