I need some realistic advice about studying or get a job abroad, particularly in Europe

Right now i am pursuing my bachelors (BBA) in a well-known govt college and i am in my final year now. I know that i want to work abroad but I dont know which route to take. Is it better if after my BBA I work on my CV and gain good job experience and then find work abroad? Or is it better to pursue higher studies abroad and then get a job there?
