how to stop active chats from deleting?

has anyone found out a way to stop active chats from deleting? chai already has a glitch where you can send messages and but it doesn’t recognize that the chat is active and deletes it anyways. it feels like a complete waste of time. is there a specific method to force chai to recognize you sent a new message or is it random
