Readest sync not working

I'm having trouble with Readest sync. I edited all my books metadata in the Readest app. Synced to the cloud. On my Kindle with koreader and the latest Readest plugin, I logged in and had it download all books from the cloud. None of the metadata was correct, it was all the old metadata. However, on web.readest.com all the metadata was correct, meaning the cloud has all the correct info. I deleted the books from my Kindle library, went back to the Readest plugin to download the books again, and all I get is a popup saying: File moved or deleted. Rescan library? I click Yes and nothing happens. It keeps giving me the same popup. The books don't automatically appear in my library. I have to click Readest, then Readest Library. I tried removing from device only from this screen. But nothing is happening. Also, my sync now button is greyed out. So I can't actually trigger a sync. What is up with this plugin?
