Alch rune items or giants foundry?

2k total, 76 smith, 79 slay, CG done

Ive been saving most mith/addy drops and lately all rune drops incase they are worth using at foundry. I hate doing gold bars at blast furnace and want to avoid it if possible. However Im not sure if its worth alching the rune items or save them for giants foundry?
