Confused. What do women want in a relationship?

Hello ladies, M23 here and I'm very confused as to what women want? Some pointers would really help. I do the things she tells me and somehow I end up wrong. I'm not a telepathic individual I try my best to surprise her in a relationship and I mess up every single time. I am funny, reliable and more of course. But something is just wrong.
