Which cam for long interior car POVs?

I'm looking for a cam that handle car POV recording, either cap mounted or chest mounted, will be going on a 3 hour drive, so i know i will either need to be continuously charging or swap batteries out. I was looking at the action 6, can it handle constantly charging and recording? Regarding thermals etc. Ideally in 4k.

Any recommended accessories would be great too
