Late Period - Cycle day 55 - spotting?

I believe I ovulated late this cycle because i was traveling overseas in Spain and it did a number on my body. But here we are on day 55 with no period and i just started spotting yesterday but it’s gone today. I didn’t have sex in spain or even when i got back but my boyfriend and i did have a time right after i got back where his penis was around my vagina but not necessarily in. we have outercourse due to my pelvic floor issues. My periods have been wonky for a while so i chalked this up to that but now with the spotting, im getting scared. I am 30 and do NOT want to have kids.
