VERY CONFUSED - MOTO EDGE 70 VS MOTO EDGE 70 FUSION

Idk what to get for my dad moto edge 70 fusion 8/128 gb 7000 mah battery 37.5k bdt (28,981 INR) vs Moto edge 70 8/256 gb 5000 mah battery 39.5k bdt (30,526 INR) , they are pretty similar price wise, but I'm unsure of weather to go for the curved screen moto edge 70 fusion since it's more prone to breaking although my dad doesn't drop him phone more than usual he broke his last phone but to be fair he was using it without a case. He would immediately appreciate the bigger battery and I think he can manage the 128gb not entirely sure tho. He doesn't game and has Google photos subscription so he can off load the images to drive and delete them from storage. with only 2k bdt more moto edge 70 seems like a bettery buy. But he won't notice the storage difference (likely) but will notice the battery boost. Edge the 70 and edge 70 fusion has same single core score but the 70 has a 20% higher multi scores. The edge 70 would be the go to for performance but my dad doesn't game so I don't think he would notice the gain in multicore. He needs it to last 4 years
