Where GTA could take us after Vice City

With GTA IV having Liberty City, GTA V with Los Santos, and Vice City for GTA VI, Rockstar has already given us 3 of the franchise's most iconic settings in the HD Universe. I highly doubt that Rockstar will introduce a completely new universe because of its immense success. But I also doubt that they will revisit past cities like LC and LS to keep it fresh special.

In a hypothetical situation where Rockstar will make new GTA titles after VI, I predict that they will revisit past cities found in the 3D Universe, but weren't properly introduced in the HD Universe. These include Las Venturas, San Fierro, and Carcer City.

Each location has a very unique atmosphere and culture (such as Las Venturas' desert and canyon, San Fierro's hillsides, and Carcer City's dark and violent criminal environment), which I think can help push the franchise to new boundaries outside of the familiar settings.
