Specific recommendations for scar care? (UK)

So I have DI scheduled for September 5th and I'm just trying to get ahead by looking at what products I'll need for scar care. I know I'll likely get recommendations from my surgeon around 3 weeks post-op but I want to plan my options first.

From what I've seen so far, most people have better experiences using scar tape over gels due to the compression and convenience. I'm also looking at getting some vitamin e / bio-oil. I plan on massaging dry mainly as some people mention that being better, and using the oil in addition to that. Also thinking of getting some vaseline / lotion for my grafts.

But all this to say, anyone have specific product recommendations for scare care in the UK? Currently looking at things I can get at places like Boots, Superdrug, or any other pharmacies and supermarkets. I would rather limit my use of amazon as I'm already likely getting my post-op binder and mastectomy pillow from there :/
