Sandworm egg

Are players able to give other players a sandworm egg from expedition 4? If so, is there anyone willing to give me one? I’ll trade run-away mold.
I don’t know why the Reddit page is trying to flag me for this. I’ve seen plenty of others asking for an item or asking to trade mold.
