3inch frame with CAD files

I have been searching for a while now but I can’t seem to find any. If anyone knows about a commercially available, carbon 3inch frame with separate arms and complete CAD files that would be greatly appreciated (3.5’’ works too).
Separately sold replacement arms is a bonus
