Express Entry CEC Inland Healthcare Stream (with spouse) - PVO Ottawa SVO Sydney, DEC AOR

Medical Passed - February 10th 2026
Biometrics Completed - February 11th 2026

BOWP for spouse submitted first week in April. BOWP rejected for my spouse July 13th. Spouse now planning to go home and work because we are no further forward with PR.

Rejection due to:
1- wrong form submitted should have been SOWP
2- did not qualify for SOWP because I do not have 16 months left on my working holiday, and I didn’t apply for BOWP at the same time

MP contacted and GCMS notes requested 3 weeks ago, haven’t heard back from either.

My spouse called IRCC yesterday and informed his medical has now expired, what do we do?

Very disheartening seeing March AORs with eCOPR… beginning to lose hope.
