Do you consider 2nd gen kenyans in the west, Kenyans?

As a British-Kenyan, I’m curious as to the collective opinion of Kenyans back home. What are your opinions on 2nd Generation Kenyans in Canada, UK, US etc in terms of belonging to Kenyan culture? Do you think they’re welcomed in Kenya or belong there?
