Dry nipples

So I'm almost 3 months post op, and I notice my nipples tend to be dry all the time. I put some cream on it when I'm massaging my scars twice a day, but haven't really noticed that makes much of a difference.

Since a few days I tried something more moisturizing, but there doesn't seem to make really a difference either, so I was wondering if anyone might have any tips for what I can use the best, and also if this is something that'll be a thing for the rest of my life, or just the next couple of months/year.

Can someone help me out?
