I am desperate to leave current company but I can't do it jobless.

I am 23, graduated last year and worked as a Procurement Manager and Admin Associate for a startup company since then. As much as I want to keep doing what I do, I can't deal with the narcissism that's been going on here hence, the hope of finding an opportunity in Singapore whether remote or relocation (with sponsorship from employer).

Please help me out and please don't scam me. I'm the eldest daughter and my family is relying to me now.
